The breakfast buffet was good and extensive. The rooms were tight for 3 persons. The shower was very fine, good pressure. Beds were good. The restaurants are good, but very pricey for the amount of food that you get. Beautiful gym with good equipment (Technogym).

Language barrier is high. Strawberry buffet was disappointing. Various food was already halfway over during the buffet and was no longer refilled (the buffet lasts 2 hours).

Convenient location next to a train station and near the Keio department store. The restaurant serves delicious food and has friendly staff. 🌟

Newly decorated hotel, it has relaxing atmosphere, and the location is magnificent to three metro stations on two different lines. The breakfast choices are above average with omelet, pastries and also cheeses...

This place is conveniently located near Shinjuku Central Park with competent and friendly staff keeping everything clean.

Big size and carpeted room on level 30, the staff was incredible! The location was great and magnificent: chemist's and convenience stores were within walking distance.

Totally recommend to friends. Outstanding food for sumptuous and extensive breakfast at the Marble Lounge. Comfortably furnished units with a very comfortable bed, a standard bathtub, for instance, and highly courteous staff. Perfect and stunning location in the sushi restaurant at the Hilton, imperial style building. Next to the train station, ships and tourist lookout, stay on that line, and multiple restaurants.

The units are exceptional, impressive.

The room was always kept clean and available with fabulous views. The location was incredible and wonderful, a short walk to the bar/restaurant with a cover charge and underground coffee shops, convenience store selling both commodities and Japan souvenirs, and the nearest metro station.
